Best Zucchini bread ever.

This Zucchini bread is the best I have ever had. Aunt Carla shared it with us when we first moved to the Midwest and it has been a hit with our family, friends & neighbors. Crispy crust and soft, moist inside, you can’t beat it.


Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini (or 4-5 bananas)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix all together. Pour into small bread pans. Bake at 325 for 45 min.
